Subject: yum

Having just returned from the san francisco airport, i find i must e-mail you..... what a pleasant surprise.....fabulous airport or non airport food....... a former new jerseyian and now floridian, i was so impressed with your food..... i ordered two sandwiches and two wonderful oatmeal raisin cookies..... wish you would open in the north florida area...near jacksonville...... boy, do they need good restaurants.....the ladies serving were also wonderfully pleasant.... having family in the bay area, i expect to come to the airport and again look forward to "eating with you" ...... Thanks alot.... don't know, but was wondering if you would share your cookie recipe?   DELICIOUS.....THANKS AGAIN

I was just creating my expense report and noticed your email on the bottom of my receipt from Klein's Deli at the San Francisco airport. I wanted to drop you a note and share my feedback. I have been traveling between Newark NJ and San Fran for about a year and each week leave from gate 32A right near Kleins. A few weeks back I stopped there for lunch and was amazed at how happy and hardworking the ladies there are. The sandwich was also excellent! I have stopped at the deli every Friday since and each week am greeted by a very nice group of women that are hustling to get the line cleared which is an absolute pleasure when preparing for a long flight back to Newark on a Friday. Really enjoyed the food and huge kudos to the ladies behind the counter.

Will continue to stop there every Friday! Great job!

I visited SFO last week and I was quite impressed with the service and quality of food at your deli located in Terminal 3. I thought that the ingredients were first-rate and the precision with which the employees run the shop is definitely a notch or two above the rest. It was also refreshing to find a location without a chain-like feeling and serving fresh food. I certainly hope that my travels will one more time take me to San Francisco and that I can enjoy the offerings from one of your deli locations.

I am an airline pilot. I commute from the San Francisco Airport to work several times a month. I always buy a sandwich at Klein's to take on the flight with me. I wanted to let you know that your employees are some of the most friendly, efficient, and positive people I've ever met. They are always in a good mood, happy to serve customers, and do a great job getting orders right and getting them out quickly. I've never had a negative experience there, which is more than I can say for most airport food establishments. All of your employees there are great but I do remember Sally, Katie, Ena, and Jan in particular. I hope you take good care of them. You are fortunate to have such good employees. They could teach a lot of other people who do their type of job, or any job for that matter, how to bring a good attitude to work. Their kindness is infectious.

I caught a flight out of SFO on May 5th around 11am on Airtran. Of course, leaving quite early from Napa in the morning to get to the airport in time, I didn't have time for breakfast. I was pleased to find Klein's Deli right near my terminal so I knew I wouldn't be late while getting food. I was having a hard time deciding between a few options - I wanted a breakfast item and a sandwich to take with me on my flight. I was trying to decide between the seafood salad and other sandwiches and the woman working was very patient and even offered me to try a sample of the seafood in trying to make my decision when I asked her opinion of it.

I just wanted to let you know that the two women working that morning make all the difference in establishments that I will FOR SURE frequent again as the service was outstanding and the food was great as well! Please pass my compliments on to them! :-)
